Cityscape Investments Inc. is an owner and acquirer of Canadian real estate properties. It focuses on managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings, generally in the mid-market deal size range of $1 to $5 million, comprised of stable cash flow and value-add properties throughout Ontario, Canada.
Cityscape's principal goal is to generate a reliable and growing yield for its investors.
