Starting in 2009, Cityscape Investments Inc. began with a group of like-minded individuals, one single-family house, and the vision to develop an investment portfolio which was both stable and rapidly appreciating.
Today, Cityscape boasts a real estate portfolio of over $10M (and growing). Their latest acquisition, located at 45 Charlton St W in Hamilton, ON, was of a 47-unit apartment building located in downtown Hamilton.
Cityscape works with individuals on two fronts:
Investors: Individuals seeking reliable, long-term/high return investments. With the support of Cityscape’s experienced team, both Cityscape and Investors collectively invest in new property acquisitions, while Cityscape manages the respective property on all day-to-day activities.
Renters: Cityscape looks for rental applicants with the maturity that reflects this organization and the properties they manage. Through Cityscape’s property management company, Cityscape is able to quickly and efficiently manage any issues which may arise.
